摘　　要：经济波动不断改变跨国公司的经营环境及其市场、技术、生产要素和经营模式及其竞争场景,这些变化冲击着跨国公司的生产方式、规模市场和竞争能力,最终导致大型跨国企业失去传统意义的规模优势、内部化优势和邓宁OLI优势。The economic fluctuation is constantly changing the business environment of T1 Corporations （TNCs）,its market,technology,means of production,management model,and i settings. These changes result in impacts on the mode of production,market of scale and its ability of transnational corporations,which ultimately leads to the loss of traditional scale internalization advantage and Dunning＇s OLI advantage of giant TNCs. ＇ransnational ts business competitive advantage,
