摘　　要：目的探讨肾癌组织中色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测46例肾癌及10例癌旁正常肾脏组织中PEDF蛋白的表达情况,分析PEDF表达与临床病理参数的关系。结果 46例肾癌组织标本中,PEDF阳性表达率为23.9%,明显低于癌旁正常肾脏组织的100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肾癌组织中,PEDF蛋白的表达与浸润深度及病理学分期有关(P<0.05)。结论肾癌组织中PEDF蛋白的阳性表达降低,对肾癌预后的判断有一定的参考价值。Objective To research the expression and clinical significance of pigment epithelium-derived factor（ PEDF） protein in renal cell carcinoma tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods was used to detect the expression of PEDF protein in the 46 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissues and 10 cases of normal kidney tissues,and then the relationship between expression of PEDF protein and pathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive rate of PEDF expression was 23. 9% in the renal cell carcinoma tissues,and was 100. 0% in the normal kidney tissues,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. PEDF expression was related to tumor depth of invasion,venous invasion and clinical stage（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Reduction of the PEDF expression level in the renal cell carcinoma tissues,has a vital clinical significance to become judges the patient prognosis.
