低剂量氟尿嘧啶长期持续静脉滴注治疗晚期结肠癌48例

摘　　要：目的观察低剂量氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）长期持续静脉滴注治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法48例经病理确诊的Ⅳ期结肠癌患者给予5-Fu300mg·d^-1经便携式微量输液泵持续静脉滴注10d，28d为1周期，治疗2～4周期，每2周期后以评价疗效和不良反应。结果CR0例，PR4例，SD21例，PD23例，有效率为8．33％，临床获益率为52．08％。不良反应主要为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度消化道反应及骨髓抑制。结论低剂量5-Fu长期持续静脉滴注治疗晚期结肠癌，安全性高，耐受性好，费用低，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical outcome and toxicities of long term continuous intravenous drip infusion of low dose fluorouracil （5-Fu） for patients with advanced colon cancer. Methods Forty-eight patients with colon cancer diagnosed by pathology were treated with long term continuous intravenous drip infusion of 5-Fu （ 300 mg · d^ -1 ） through portable pumps for ten days. Every 28 days was one cycle, and each patient was treated for 2 - 4 cycles. The effect evaluation was conducted after every 2 cycles. The toxicities evaluation was performed. Re- suits Zero case was CR,4 cases were PR, 21 cases were SD, and 23 cases were PD. The response rate was 8.33% ,the clinical benefit rate was 52.08%. The most common toxicities were mainly Ⅰ and Ⅱ level of gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression. Conclusion Long term continuous intravenous drip infusion of low dose 5-Fu is safe and effect for advanced colon cancer.
