摘　　要：大学生社团作为当代高校大学生活动主要的组织者和参与者,在丰富大学生课余生活、构建特色大学校园文化方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。面对当今以"95"后作为主要群体的大学生,大学生社团如何保持对新时代青年的吸引力、提升自身的建设管理水平成为一个亟需思考和解决的问题。"组织承诺"从精神层面反映了个体与团体组织之间紧密依存的关系,是新时期大学生社团发展的根本所在。心理激励法是提升大学生社团组织承诺,进而提升大学生社团影响力的最有效和最根本的途径。As the main organizers and participants,college student clubs play an increasingly important role in enriching students＇ extracurricular activities and building distinctive campus culture. Since most college students are post 95 s,how to maintain the attraction of college student clubs to the youth and improve club managements need to be thought and solved urgently. Organizational commitment,which spiritually reflects the tight relationship between individuals and organizations,is the cornerstone of college student clubs＇ development in the new era. Psychological stimulation is the most effective and fundamental way in improving college student clubs＇ organizational commitment and club influence.
