摘  要:民办本科院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,作为人才培养的重要保障机构之一,其教学质量状况和办学特色值得重点关注。基于陕西省8所民办本科院校教学质量报告文本的量化研究发现,民办本科院校教学质量现状呈现办学规模较大、基本办学条件紧张、办学压力大、教学资源差异显著、专业设置"少而专"等特点。民办本科院校办学中存在的主要问题集中于教学资源有限、师资队伍亟待加强、教学过程不完善、教学改革力度不够等方面;办学特色集中体现于专业设置、校企合作和办学定位等方面,据此提出相应的对策建议,以期为民办本科院校实现以教学质量提升为核心的内涵式发展目标提供科学依据和决策参考。Non-governmental undergraduate colleges are important parts of higher education in China, and, as one of the significant institute of personnel training, their teaching quality and school-running characteristics worth our attention. Quantitative research based on the teaching quality report of 8 non-governmental undergraduate colleges in Shaanxi Province found that the teaching quality conditions of non-governmental undergraduate colleges show some features like large school-running scale, tight basic conditions, big running pressure, unevenly allocated teaching resources, mini- and narrow major set-up, etc. The main problems of non-governmental undergraduate colleges are limited teaching resource, insufficient faculty, imperfect teaching process and insufficient attention to the teaching reform, etc. Non-governmental colleges display their characteristics mainly in major set-up, cooperation between colleges and company as well as school-running orientation, etc. The present paper put forward the corresponding recommendations, in order to provide scientific basis and decision-making reference for non-governmental undergraduate colleges quality as the core. on their road of connotative development with teaching
