摘 要:建立载重24 000t多用途船货舱舱口盖有限元模型,考虑舱口盖承受露天风雨载荷、装载20英尺集装箱、装载40英尺集装箱3种载荷工况,依据CCS规范对舱口盖进行直接计算及分析。结果表明,3种载荷工况下,舱口盖变形及应力均满足规范要求。分析不同工况下舱口盖舱盖板铰链连接处有无垂向限位器对舱口盖应力及变形的影响。结果表明,装载20英尺集装箱垂向限位器在减小舱口盖之间的相对变形及降低限位器处舱口盖结构的应力效果最好,并提出该类型舱口盖设计注意事项。Finite element model of hatch cover of 24 000 tmultipurpose vessel is foundered.According to rules of CCS,the strength of hinged folding hatch cover is calculated and analyzed under three kind of extreme loading conditions of vertical weather load,twenty equivalent unit load and fourty equivalent unit load,which shows that stress and deformation of the hinged folding hatch cover meet the demands of rules of CCS.The effects of the vertical guides connecting two hatch covers on deformation and stress of cover under three loads of vertical weather,twenty equivalent unit,and fourty equivalent unit are also studied,which shows that the vertical guides can restrict the relative deformation between panels of the hatch rover and stress effectively under twenty equivalent unit loadcase,and the design considerations of this kind of hatch cover are put forwarded.
