摘 要:利用ISSR技术对29个金针菇菌株进行了遗传多样性和农艺性状分析,建立了遗传相似性聚类图和农艺性状指标。结果表明,29个金针菇菌株遗传相似性水平在0.67~0.89,在0.67水平上29个菌株被聚为一个类群,在遗传相似性水平为0.70上,将29个金针菇菌株分为4个大类群;在农艺性状上存在较大差异,产量上分为高产类、中产类和低产类,生育期上分为早熟和晚熟两类,子实体形态特征上分为黄色和白色、粗柄和细柄、基部绒毛分为有和无,建立了金针菇主要农艺性状指标。We had established genetic comparability dendrogram and agronomic traits index by means of analyzing the genetic diversity and agronomic traits of 29 Flammulina velutipes strains by ISSR, the results showed that the genetic comparability coefficient was between 0.67 and 0.89. They were clustered one group at comparability coefficient 0.67 while four groups at 0.89. There ware conspicuous differences in agronomic traits, high, middle and low in the yield, early maturing and late maturing in the growth period, some traits of the fruit body, such as yellow or white on the color, thick or thin of the stipe, with the fluff or not on the stem base, which helped to establish the major agronomic traits index of Flammulina velutipes.
