扶正祛邪中药联合顺铂及伊立替康新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究扶正祛邪中药联合顺铂及伊立替康新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年7月至2015年6月收治的62例局部晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组（31例）与对照组（31例）。对照组顺铂联合伊立替康治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用扶正祛邪中药治疗，观察对比两组临床治疗效果及不良反应情况，采用癌症患者生活质量核心量表（QOL—C30）评定患者生活质量。结果治疗后，观察组总有效率为96．77％，对照组为83．87％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组QOL—C30评分明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后，对照组2例胃肠道反应，2例骨髓抑制，4例恶心呕吐，总不良反应发生率为25．81％；治疗后，观察组出现2例恶心呕吐，总不良反应发生率为6．45％；观察组总不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论顺铂联合伊立替康新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌临床效果明显，在此治疗基础上联合扶正祛邪中药治疗效果更佳，可明显提升临床总有效率，降低化疗引起的不良反应，安全可靠，还能改善患者生存质量，具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuzhengquxie Chinese medicine combined with cisplatin and irinotecan in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods 62 patients with local advanced cervical cancer treated at our hospital from July, 2012 to June, 2015 were selected as study objects and were divided into an observation group （31 cases） and a control group （31 cases） using random number table method. The control group were treated with cisplatin and irinotecan; in addition, the observation group were treated with Fuzhengquxie Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups. QOL-C30 was used to assess the patients＇ quality of life. Results After the treatment, the total efficacy was 96.77% in the observation group and was 83.87% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of QOL-C30 were better in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, 2 cases got gastrointestinal reaction, 2 bone marrow suppression, and 4 nausea and vomiting in the control group, with a total incidence of adverse reactions of 25.81%; and only 2 cases got nausea and vomiting in the observation group, with a total incidence of adverse reactions of 6.45%; there was statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Cisplatin and irinotecan in the treatment of cervical cancer is significantly effective; and cisplatin and irinotecan combined with Fuzhengquxie Chinese medicine for cervical cancer is more effective, can significantly increase the total clinical efficacy, reduces chemotherapy-induced adverse reactions, and improve the patients＇ quality of life and is safe and reliable, so it has high value in clinical application and popularization.
