摘　　要：转染技术现已广泛应用于构建动物疾病模型和药物筛选模型、基因治疗、异种器官移植、生产药用蛋白和保健蛋白以及人抗体等方面,不但推动了生物医学的研究,也促进了诊断和治疗技术的发展。对转染技术的研究展开探讨。Transfection technology is now widely used in the construction of animal disease model and drug screening model,gene therapy,the transplantation of different organs,the production of pharmaceutical proteins and health proteins and human antibodies,etc.This technology not only promotes the research of biomedicine,but also promotes the development of diagnosis and treatment technology.
