摘  要:研究选取13位高校图书馆用户作为访谈对象,通过焦点小组访谈,验证了心理学研究中沉浸体验理论在用户阅读过程中的应用性和解释力,探求高校图书馆用户阅读过程中沉浸体验的构成维度及其作用机制。研究发现沉浸体验在高校图书馆用户阅读过程中普遍存在,但与一般沉浸理论的解释存在一定差异:其中条件因素中的目标明确、过程控制、能力契合、即时反馈、自我兴趣,体验结果中的时间扭曲、意识丧失、全神贯注均与一般沉浸理论保持一致,但知行合一与有目的的体验这两个概念在研究中尚未得到验证,同时还发现群体氛围这一构成维度。Through focus group interviews with 13 users of academic library this paper verifies the applicability and explanatory power of flow experience theory of psychology research in the process of users reading and explores the structure dimension and mechanism of action. The research found that the flow experience is common in reading process of academic library users, but there are some differences with explanation of the general flow theory: the specific goals, process control, ability to fit, immediate feedback and self interest in conditions factors; the time distortion, loss of consciousness, and attention are consistent with the general flow theory in experience of results ; but two concepts of the unity of knowledge and action ,and experience with the purpose have not been tested in this research, at the same time also found the structure dimension of group atmosphere.
