摘 要:目的通过对河南省各地区卫生服务能力分析,推进河南省卫生服务能力均衡性发展。方法利用熵值法测量2014年河南省各地区的卫生服务能力分值。结果各地区卫生服务能力综合评价平均分为0.0358分,郑州市得分是固始县得分的15.02倍;地级市的主要问题是资金不足,直管县的主要问题是医疗机构不足;得分在0.04~0.05分的地区主要集中在豫西、豫北和豫东地区,0.03~0.04分的地区主要集中在豫中地区,0.02~0.03分的地区主要集中在豫南地区,0.02分以下的地区主要为省直管县。结论河南省不同地区卫生服务能力不均衡问题突出,直管县整体服务能力低于城市,地级市与省直管县存在的主要问题各具特点;相近得分地区具有一定的空间集聚性,中心城市郑州对周边地区具有辐射效应。Objective The aim of this study was to improve the balanced development of health services in different areas. Methods The method of entropy was used to measure the health service ability scores in different areas of Henan in 2014. Results The average score of health services in different areas was 0.0358. The score of Zhengzhou were 15.02 times than Gushi. The main question of prefecture-level cities was insufficient funds. The main question of direct control of the countries was insufficient medical institutions. The areas that received 0.04-0.05 mainly concentrated in the west, east and north. The areas that received 0.03-0.04 mainly concentrated in the central. The areas that received 0.02-0.03 mainly concentrated in the south. The areas that received less than 0.02 mainly concentrated in direct control of the countries. Conclusion The gap of the health services ability between different regions was obvious. Direct control of the countries suffered from a lower level of health services than prefecture-level cities. The problems had their own characteristic. The regions with the similar scores had spatial clustering. Zhengzhou as a key city had a radiation effect.
