摘　　要：新医改背景下医院面临越来越大的医保拒付风险,借助信息技术推动医保闭环式管理能有效防范医保拒付风险。首先分析了医院推行医保闭环式管理的必要性,再对医院医保闭环式管理的内涵进行了论述,最后以基于信息技术的医保闭环式管理进行了案例分析。Under the background of new healthcare reform,hospitals are facing more risks of medical insurance refusal payment. Medical insurance closed-loop management based on information technology can help to avoid the risk. In the paper,firstly,the necessity of implementing closed-loop management in hospital is analyzed. Secondly,the connotation of medical insurance closed-loop management is expounded. Thirdly,a case study of medical insurance closed-loop management in the hospital based on information technology is interpreted.
