经内镜组织胶注射术治疗胃底静脉曲张破裂出血对门脉高压性胃病的影响分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨内镜下胃底静脉组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张破裂出血对门脉高压性胃病（portalhypertension gastropathy，PHG）的影响。【方法】回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年4月在本院行内镜下注射组织胶治疗后的30例胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者（A组）的临床资料，与同期行常规药物治疗的30例胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者（B组）比较，观察6个月后重度PHG的发生率。【结果】治疗6个月后A组的重度PHG发生率为63．33％（19／30）显著高于B组的30．33％（10／30），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】内镜下胃底静脉组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张破裂出血可导致其患者的PHG明显加重。[Objective] To study the impact of the endoscopic injection of tissue glue for gastric varices bleeding on portal hypertensive gastropathy （PHG） .[Methods]The clinical data of 30 patients from January 2008 to April Z012 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated with endoscopic injection of tissue glue for gastric variees bleeding （Group A）.Compared with other 30 patients （B Group） with gastric varices bleeding treated by conventional drug, the incidence of severe PHG was observed after 6 months.[ResultslThe incidence of severe PHG of the Group A was 63.33M （19/30） 6 months after treatment, which was significantly higher than that in the Group B （10/30） 30.33% , and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Endoscopie injection of tissue glue for gastric variees bleeding may lead to a significant severity of illness on PHG.
