摘　　要：为适应国家市场经济建设和口腔医疗卫生事业发展需要,该校口腔医学技术专业经过探索和实践,制订了具有我校口腔医学技术专业特色、符合教学规律的"校企合作,工学结合"的人才培养模式,取得了较好的教学效果。校企合作的办学模式奠定了人才培养改革的基础,工学结合人才培养模式为人才培养实施提供了工作平台,创新课程体系为专业人才培养提供了保证,通过人才培养方案的优化提高了口腔医学技术人才培养质量,满足行业对高技能人才的需求。In order to adapt to the demand of national market economic construction and oral health enterprise development, the oral medicine major in our school makes the school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning professional cultivation model with oral medicine professional features and meeting the teaching law after exploration and practice,which obtains a better teaching effect, and the school-enterprise cooperation school-running model lays a foundation for the talent cultivation reform and the work-integrated learning provides a working platform for the implementation of professional cultivation, and innovating the course system can provide guarantee for the professional cultivation, and the optimization of talent cultivation plan improves the talent cultivation quality of oral medicine and meets the demand of industry for the high-skilled talents.
