责任制培训在急诊科住院医师规范化培养中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究责任制培训在急诊科住院医师规范化培养中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取为2010年1月—2015年12月之间在急诊科轮转接受规范化培训的住院医师74人,均为在研究时间内在训人员,自2014年1月起实施责任制培训方案,为每位住院医师设置一名责任制导师,导师与受训者捆绑为一个小团体,受训者的考核成绩直接影响导师的教学评价,每年年底进行住院医师的临床考核成绩检验,并采用问卷调查形式了解受训者对教学方案、导师能力的满意度情况,评价责任制培训方案与传统培训的差异性。结果自2014年起,住院医师专业理论和专业技能考核成绩均显著高于2010—2013年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施责任制培训后,受训者对教学方案、导师能力的满意度评分明显提高,显著高于责任制培训实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施责任制培训能够有效提高急诊科住院医师规范化培养的效果,全面提高了导师的教学能力及受训者的满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To study the application effect of responsibility system training in the standardized cultivation of hoase physicians in the department of emergency. Methods 74 cases of hoase physicians with standardized training in the department of emergency from January 2010 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects, the responsibility system training plan had been implemented since January 2014, every hoase physician was equipped with a responsibility system tutor, and the tutor was bound with the trainee, and the examination score of trainees had a direct effect on the teaching evaluation of tutors, and the satisfactory degree of trainees to teaching plan and ability of tutors were surveyed by the questionnaires and the difference between the responsibility system training plan and traditional training was evaluated. Results The professional theoretical score and professional skill examination score of the hoase physicians in 2014 were obviously higher than those from 2010 to 2013, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.05, after the implementation of responsibility system training, the satisfactory degree of trainees to teaching plan and ability of tutor were obviously improved, which were obviously higher than those before the implementation, and the difference had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of responsibility system training can effectively improve the effect of standardized cultivation of hoase physicians in the department of emergency, comprehensively improve the teaching ability of tutors and satisfactory degree of trainees, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
