摘 要:以杨木为原料制备高性能重组木,重点探讨疏解单板厚度对重组木性能的影响。结果表明:随着疏解单板厚度的增加,重组木的抗弯性能和抗剪性能下降,但抗弯强度整体差别不明显;吸水厚度膨胀率先下降后略有上升,吸水宽度膨胀率和吸水率呈逐渐下降的趋势,其中6 mm厚疏解单板压制的重组木的耐水性能性能较优。不同厚度疏解单板压制的重组木纹理略显不同,均呈现出较强的实木感。Scrimber samples were made of crushed poplar wood veneers in thicknesses from 4 to 8 mm.Bending strength,shearing strength and water resistance of the samples were tested. The results showed that with the increase of the veneer thickness,bending strength and shearing strength of the scrimber samples decreased slightly while thickness swelling rate of the scrimber samples decreased at the beginning and then increased later slightly,and width swelling rate and water absorption rate gradually decreased gradually. Water resistance was the best with of the scrimber samples made of from crushed 6mm thick veneers in 6 mm thick was the best.
