摘 要:为降低中密度纤维板(MDF)生产成本,使用三聚氰胺对E1级脲醛树脂(UF)进行改性,并优选出适用的固化剂。生产线试验结果表明,采用一次缩聚反应制备的改性UF胶生产MDF,板材性能基本满足GB/T 11718-2009要求;按年产18万m3计,年产能和收益可分别增加约2.14万m3和342万元,节省用胶成本约351万元。To reduce production costs of medium density fiberboard(MDF),melamine was used to improve urea-formaldehyde resin(E1 grade),and the curing agents were optimized to match with the modified UF resin. Trial Production results showed that MDF made with the modified UF adhesive by single condensation reaction could meet the requirements of standard GB/T 11718-2009. It was calculated that production capacity could be increased by 21 400 m3 resulting in profit of 3.40 million yuan and that the cost of UF adhesive could be reduced by 3.51 million yuan for a continuous press line with production capacity of 180 000 m^3 per year.
