从国家安全高度治理食品安全

摘　　要：食品安全不仅是公共安全体系的一部分,而且关乎国家安全。食品安全对粮食安全、国民身体素质、政府和国家形象、经济安全以及国防战斗力,都会产生重要的影响。中国应该从提高食品安全的战略地位、推进食品安全管理现代化、推动社会协同治理和加强国际合作等多个方面提升食品安全。This paper demonstrates the close relationship between food safety and national se- curity from four perspectives, which are the effects of food safety on grain security, national phy- sique and financial pressure, government image, economic security and national defense. Food safety is not only part of the public safety system but a matter of national security. To enhance food safety, China should focus on the following four aspects： elevating the strategic position of food safety, modernizing food safety management, promoting social collaborative governance and inter- national cooperation.
