心理治疗中治疗联盟的影响因素与临床应用

摘　　要：治疗联盟是心理咨询与治疗领域的研究热点。尽管治疗联盟的概念众说纷纭,但多数学者将其视为一种重要的关系变量,强调治疗师与患者在治疗任务与治疗目标上的一致性以及双方的情感联结。治疗联盟的形成和发展受到治疗师和患者的特征以及双方的相互作用等因素的影响,它对治疗进程和治疗结果具有显著的临床解释效应和预测作用。未来应从明确治疗联盟的影响因素、扩展治疗联盟的临床应用以及加强本土化的探索等进一步推进相关研究。Therapeutic alliance is one of the most popular topics in psychological counseling and psychotherapy research,but the concept of it is not unified.Despite of its various versions,most scholars regard it as an important relationship variable,emphasizing the agreement between therapist and patient as to the goals and tasks of treatment,and the affective bond established in the therapeutic dyad.Related research show that the characteristics of therapist and patient,and the interaction in this therapeutic dyad are the related factors on the formation and development of therapeutic alliance,which constitutes a major clinical variable in explaining and predicting the course and outcome of treatments.Future researches should further clarify the related factors of therapeutic alliance,expand the clinical applications of therapeutic alliance and strengthen the exploration of indigenization.
