摘　　要：粗壮女贞是苦丁茶的主要品种之一,作为天然保健饮品在我国西南地区已有悠久的饮用历史。不少学者对粗壮女贞进行了研究,结果发现粗壮女贞在抗氧化、减肥、降压、降脂、降糖、保肝等方面均显示出一定的作用,具有潜在的保健食品开发价值。特别是近几年的研究,在粗壮女贞减肥、抗菌等方面又有许多新发现。因此,本文将从研究方法及试验受试成分的角度,以陈述结合列表的形式,对粗壮女贞苦丁茶抗氧化、减肥、降压、降脂、降糖、保肝等保健功效进行综述,同时对其抗菌、消炎、镇痛等功效进行概述,为后续的深入研究及粗壮女贞资源的开发利用提供参考。As one of the major species of Kudingcha, Ligustrum robustum （L. robustum）has been served as a natural healthy drink for ages in southwest China. There have been many researchers studying on it, demonstrating that L. robustum has many healthy functions such as antioxidantoin, weight reduction, hypotensive, hypolipidemic and hyperglycemic effect, hepato - protective and so on, being potential to be developed into functional food. There are many new discoveries in the aspects of weight reduction, antibacterium and so on especially in recent years. In this review, focusing on antioxidantoin,weight reduction, decreasing blood lipid, blood pressure, blood glucose and hepato - protective effects, we summarize the healthy function research progress of L. robustum from the point of tested elements and research techniques by combining listing and statement,in the hope of providing references for the subsequent studies and the future development and utilization of L. robustum.
