广州市中青年知识分子亚健康评定量表的常模研究

摘　　要：目的建立广州市中青年知识分子亚健康评定量表(SHMS V1.0)的常模。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法在广州市范围内抽取会计从业人员、公务员、护理人员、大学生以及城镇居民这5个人群的中青年知识分子共2 780名,采用SHMS V1.0进行问卷调查,并建立均数常模、百分位常模及划界常模。结果以性别为基础、以45岁为年龄划分界点,将知识分子分为青年男性、青年女性和中年男性、中年女性4组,并分别得到相应的量表总分均数常模(65.95±11.53)分、(63.85±10.67)分、(69.45±12.95)分、(65.72±11.35)分。以5%为间距,建立了SHMS V1.0总量表的百分位常模。以(x珋±s)、(x珋±0.5s)为界点,将中青年知识分子的健康状态按照SHMS V1.0量表总分从低至高依次划分为疾病、重度亚健康、中度亚健康、轻度亚健康、健康5种健康状态。结论本研究初步构建了广州市中青年知识分子的SHMS V1.0常模,可以为研究该人群的健康状况及影响因素提供依据。Objective To establish the norms of sub -health measurement scale version 1.0 （SHMS V1.0）for young and middle aged intellectuals in Guangzhou. Methods We used stratified random sampling method to select 2780 young and middle aged intellectuals of Guangzhou （including accounting practitioners, civil servants, nursing staff, college students and urban residents）for a questionnaire investigation with SHMS V1.0, and established the norms of mean, percentile and threshold based on characteristics of SHMS V1.0 scores. Results The intellectuals could be divided into young men, young women, middle - aged men and middle - aged women on the basis of gender and cut - off point of age 45. The mean norms of GS of the above four groups were correspondingly （65.95± 11.53 ） , （63.85 ± 10.67 ）, （69.45 ± 12.95 ）and （65.72 ± 11.35 ）. The percentile norms of GS were established with 5% as interval. The norms of cutting off scores were established as five states according to the scores of GS, namely disease, severe sub - health, moderate sub - health, mild sub - health and health, with （x^-± s）and（x^-± 0.5s）as cutting off scores. Conclusion The study has established the SHMS V1.0 norms for Guangzhou young and middle aged intellectuals preliminarily,which provides reference for further research of the population＇ s health status and its impacting factors.
