摘　　要：中央军委主席习近平从时代发展和战略全局的高度,着眼新形势下国家安全的新情况、新特点,提出了总体国家安全观这一重大战略思想。总体国家安全观是关于国家安全问题的科学理论,是中国特色国家安全战略的最新成果,是维护国家安全的科学指南。它集中体现了习近平的战略思维、历史思维、辩证思维、创新思维和底线思维等思维方式,学习和探究这些思维方式,对于提高自身的科学思维能力、改进工作方法具有重要意义。President Xi from the era of development and strategic global height, focus on the new characteristics of the new situation of national security under the new situation, proposed the overall national security concept of the major strategic thinking. The overall national security concept is the scientific theory about national security, the latest achievement of the national security strategy with Chinese characteristics, and it is a scientific guide for the maintenance of national security. It embodies president XI＇s strategic thinking, historical thinking, dialectical thinking, creative thinking and the bottom line thinking etc. learning and exploring the way of these thinking has great significance to improve the ability of scientific thinking and work methods.
