摘 要:目的:探讨医疗仪器使用指示卡在临床护理实习带教中的应用及效果。方法:选择医院实习护生288名,采用随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组144名。对照组由带教老师常规现场讲解各种仪器操作流程及报警限值、故障处理等示教内容,观察组在此基础上增加医疗仪器使用指示卡的应用。比较两组护生常见仪器操作考核平均成绩、不规范使用医疗仪器行为的例数以及带教老师和护生满意度。结果:护生常见医疗仪器操作考核平均成绩由(83.21±1.13)分上升(89.37±1.54)分。护生医疗仪器使用不规范情况观察组51次,对照组117次,差异有统计学意义(x^2=32.8520,P<0.05)。临床带教老师、护生满意度均显著提高。结论:将医疗仪器使用指示卡运用于临床护理带教中,可有效规范护生常用医疗仪器操作行为,提高医疗仪器使用的安全性及有效性,提升带教老师和护生满意度。Objective: To explore the application and effect of medical instrument using indicator card in clinical nursing practice teaching. Methods: 288 internship nursing students in our hospital from January to April in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was that the teacher with the conventional scene explained a variety of instruments operating procedures and alarm limits, fault processing, etc. On the basis of this, the application of the instruction card of the medical instrument was added in the observation group. Comparisons between the two groups contained average test scores of common instrument operation, the number of cases in which the behavior of medical instruments was not standardized and satisfaction of clinical teachers and nursing students. Results: The average test scores of common instrument operation were increased from(83.21±1.13) to(89.37±1.54). 51 times of cases in which the behavior of medical instruments was not standardized in the observation group, while 117 in the control group, which has statistically significant difference(x^2=32.8520, P〈0.05). The satisfaction degree of clinical teachers and nursing students were significantly improved, which has statistically significant difference. Conclusion: The application of medical instrument using indicator card in clinical nursing practice teaching can effectively regulate the operating behavior of common medical instrument for nursing students, improve the safety and effectiveness of medical instrument and enhance the degree of satisfaction with the clinical teachers and nursing students.
