摘　　要：环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种广泛存在于真核细胞中、具有稳定环状结构的内源性RNA,在基因的表达调控方面发挥重要作用。作为非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)中的新成员,其形成、功能和作用机制等受到广泛关注。本文介绍了circRNA的形成方式、功能,并总结了circRNA在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥的生物学作用。Circular RNA （circRNA） is a form of endogenous RNA that widely exists in eukaryotic cells and that has a stable circular structure, circRNA plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression, circRNA is a newly discovered form of non-coding RNA （ncRNA）, and its formation, function, and mechanism have attracted considerable in- terest from researchers. This review describes the formation and function of circRNA and it summarizes the biological function of circRNA in the process of tumorigenesis and tumor progression.
