摘　　要：本文通过对微生物、菌落等进行简单介绍,设计出杀菌剂的加量方案,以验证对纸机系统各点菌落数量的影响,以及不同杀菌、灭菌方法的讨论,从而确定造纸上各位置菌落数量产生的原因,以及相应控制措施和方法。In this study,the microorganism,bacterial colony,etc was shortly introduced,and the dosage of bactericide was designed to check the influence of the amount of bacterial colony in the PM system. The difference manners of sterilization were also discussed to identify the reasons of bacterial breeding in PM system,and find out the solutions.
