基于四体系融合的企业内部管理体系建设

摘　　要：企业内部管理体系是保障企业稳定与发展的重要内控机制,体系的建设和管理方式的创新是推动企业高速发展的重要力量。新形势下企业内部管理体系的建设逐步向管理体系融合方向发展。文章通过对企业内部管理制度的现状分析,提出建设企业内部四体系融合的管理思路,并建立了四体系融合的内部管理体系制度。该体系制度在部门内部落地实施,效果显著,对推动企业内部管理体系建设的完善与发展有实际的意义。The internal management system of enterprise is one of the important internal control systems, assuring enterprises of stability and development. The construction of the system and the innovation of management is the important momentum to accelerate the development of enterprises. Under the new situation, the construction of the internal management system is gradually transforming to amalgamation of multisystem. In this paper, the situation of the management system inside enterprise is analysed, the idea of the amalgamation of a four-system is proposed, and a four-system is established. Then the system is put into effect in the department as experiment, and the result is significant, which can push forward the improvement and development of the management system.
