摘　　要：阐述了自然灾害应急物流的概念和特点,并指出我国自然灾害应急物流存在应急资源、信息融合分析、协调指挥三大核心问题,针对目前存在的问题,进行了较深入剖析,提出从信息、存储、指挥三个方面构建基于自然灾害的末端物资快速救援体系。In this paper, through illustrating the concept and characteristics of the emergency logistics in the context of natural disaster, we pointed out the core issues in terms of emergency resources, information integration and analysis, and coordinated command, then analyzed in-depth the existing problems, and at the end, from the aspects of information; storage and command, proposed the end-point material rapid rescue system in times of natural disaster.
