摘 要:首先建立了由制造商承担大数据成本时各成员企业的利润模型,并在分散决策情况下得到了供应链整体利润模型;然后分析了基于供应链整体利益最大化时的供应链共同决策利润模型。将两种利润模型对比分析后,得出当大数据供应商加入到供应链的竞争,一方获得供应链的主导地位后,基于合作的决策是供应链获得整体利润提升的关键。In this paper, we first established the profit model of the various supply chain member enterprises when the big data cost was undertaken by the manufacturer and formulated the supply chain overall profit model under distributed decision-making. Then we analyzed the joint decision-making and profit model of the supply chain to maximize the overall benefit of the supply chain. At the end, after comparing the two profit modes, we concluded that with the big data supplier in the competition of the supply chain and when one party gained the dominance of the supply chain, the cooperation-based decision-making was the key to improve the overall profit of the supply chain.
