摘　　要：以蛇形机器人蛇皮模具的设计制作为前提,通过对蛇皮功能结构的分析,详细讨论了3D打印技术在硅胶浇铸成型模中的应用,并记录了实际的模具使用情况,针对使用过程中出现的问题对蛇皮和成型蛇皮的模具结构进行改进,同时对该成型方法的特点进行了简要说明。Based on the design and manufacture of the mould for the skin of snake robots, the application of 3D printing technology in casting moulding with silicone was presented after the analysis of the functional architecture of the snake skin. Also, the usage of the mould was recorded. The mould structure and snake skin were improved according to the problem in the usage. At last, the forming characters were reviewed.
