摘　　要：报价是商务活动中双方具体合作的开始,报价的质量及效率对企业的竞争力有着决定性影响。针对某电子代工厂销售部门的报价流程,使用流程图及佩特里网进行整体分析,并在此基础上结合精益管理思想对作业顺序、时间、工位等作出改善,缩短了新项目平均报价时间,提升了客户价值和企业竞争力。Quotation is the beginning of concrete cooperation between the two sides in business activities. The quality and efficiency of quotation have a decisive influence on the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the whole quotation process of the marketing department in an electronic OEM plant, used flow chart and Petri net to analyze the whole process. On the basis of the analysis, the operational sequence, lead time and station were improved in combination with lean management ideas, so that the time for quotation was reduced while the customer value and enterprise competitiveness were enhanced.
