摘　　要：托压索轮在客运索道成套设备中是批量化需求的关键部件,我国旅游业和滑雪运动的快速发展对脱挂抱索式索道的需求不断增大,亟需研发一种托压索轮的组装生产线以实现流水化制造。文中通过分析托压索轮组装的难点和关键点,设计优化托压索轮组装生产线的工艺,介绍托压索轮组装生产线的设备和开发研制过程。Backpressure pulley is a key part of the complete passenger ropeway equipment, and the demand for the derailing grip-type ropeway is increasing with the rapid development of the tourist industry and skiing movement, so it＇s urgent to develop a backpressure pulley assembly line to realize streamlined manufacture. Through analysis for difficulties and key points in the backpressure pulley assembly, the backpressure pulley assembly line is designed and optimized. Furthermore, the related equipment and R＆D process are also presented in the paper.
