摘　　要：该文提出AQP质量管理对新产品开发有着特殊重要的意义。该论文通过分析三星手机案例展开对新产品开发期AQP管理的研究,通过总结国内外一些企业AQP经验,笔者从多方面重点论述了对AQP有重要影响几个方面,总结得出,在新产品导入阶段AQP质量管理的突破,需要引入六西格玛思想和管理,需要重视供应商早期介入,需要以新技术新工艺为焦点,需要质量专家的介入引导。其见解对对企业的新产品开发管理有一定借鉴意义。This essay is a brief introduction to the role for quality playing contributing to the New Production Introduction program.The study starts＇ with the discussion of Samsung Electronics mobile NOTE7 quality accident which is caused by the AQP management.By summarize the development and experience of the AQP quality management of NPI program domestically and abroad,the author emphasized the several ma- jor ways by the AQP approach for New Production Introduction.the author conducted a seriously study which indicates that the essential elements effecting AQP breakthrough-six sigma management,suppler in- volved early,focus on the new technology / Application / New Design,the black-belt involved.The way which can optimize AQP management strategy is also discussed.
