动脉硬化性脑梗死患者血浆Lp-PLA2表达的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨动脉硬化性脑梗死患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)表达的临床意义。方法选取2014年5月—2015年1月我院收治的动脉硬化性脑梗死患者80例(研究组),另选同期健康体检者80例(对照组),两组血浆中Lp-PLA2、血脂水平,检测脑梗死体积,根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价研究组患者神经功能缺损情况。结果研究组血浆Lp-PLA2水平显著高于对照组,血浆Lp-PLA2水平随脑梗死体积增加逐渐增加,血浆Lp-PLA2水平随NIHSS评分增加而增加,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2水平与高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关,与低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、NIHSS评分和总胆固醇(TC)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论动脉硬化性脑梗死患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平会显著增加,且该物质与NIHSS评分呈正相关,但是与脑梗死体积无关。Objective To study the expression levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2（Lp-PLA2）in plasma in arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction,and to explore its clinical significance.Methods 80cases（study group）with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were selected from our hospital from May 2014 to January 2015,80cases（control group）of healthy from the same period were also selected,Lp-PLA2 levels,lipid levels in plasma were detected,infarct volume were detected,neurological deficit situation of the study group were detected according to the US National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）.Results Lp-PLA2 levels in plasma of the study group significantly higher than the control group,Lp-PLA2 levels in plasma increased with the gradual increase,Lp-PLA2 levels in plasma increased with the NIHSS score increase,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Lp-PLA2 levels and high-density cholesterol（HDL-C）had negatively correlated,had positively correlated with LDL cholesterol（LDL-C）,NIHSS score,and total cholesterol（TC）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lp-PLA2 levels in plasma of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction will increase significantly,and the substance was positively correlated with NIHSS score,but regardless of the volume of cerebral infarction.
