摘　　要：以玉米芯为主要栽培原料,添加其他辅料,经处理后接入猴头菌种,在常规条件下进行培养及出菇管理,并考察菌丝体、子实体生长情况,以探索用玉米芯栽培猴头的技术关键点,为开发玉米芯栽培猴头提供理论基础。结果表明,配方3(玉米芯67%,木屑10%,麦麸15%,米糠5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏2%)在同等条件下菌丝体长势好,子实体正常分化且商品性状好,为猴头栽培最适宜配方,说明玉米芯原料经适当处理可以用于栽培猴头。Cultivation technology of Hericium erinaceus with corn-cob was studied to provide theoretical basis for development.Taking corn-cob as the main material, added other auxiliary materials to the main material, inoculated Hericium erinaceus after processed,cultivated and fruited under normal conditions, the paper investigated the growth of myceliun and fruiting bodies. The result showed that under the same conditions, mycelium of formula 3 was the best, its mycelium grew best, fruiting bodies could differentiate regular and commodity character was the best. Material of corn-cob can be used for cultivating Hericium erinaceus, the best formula comprised the following components： corn-cob 67%, sawdust 10%, wheat bran 15%, rice bran 5%, calcium superphosphate 1%, gypsum 2%.
