考虑零售商库存转运的两级供应链回购契约协调机制研究

摘　　要：文章考虑了由单供应商与同一连锁零售企业两家门店组成的供应链系统,需求实现之前两门店集中订货,需求实现之后可以相互进行库存转运。分析了分散式系统与集中决策系统的连锁企业的订货量,以及各方的收益情况,讨论如何通过回购契约实现供应链协调。研究结果表明,回购契约的采用使订货量增加,从而使供应链的总利润增加,并且通过对回购参数的适当设置,可以实现独立个体最优决策与系统最优决策一致化的供应链协调。Considering a supply chain system consisting of one supplier and the chain retail enterprises with two stores, be- fore the demand is realized, two stores centralized orders the inventory,after the demand is realized,they can implement inventory transshipment. This paper analyzes the order quantity of the chain enterprises of distributed system and centralized decision mak- ing system, as well as the income situation of the parties and discusses how to coordinate the buy back contract to coordinate the supply chain. The results of the study show that, using the buy back contract ,the amount of orders and the total profit of the supply chain increase, and setting the parameter of repurchase can realize the optimal decision making independently is consistent with the system optimal in the supply chain.
