摘　　要：针对电气工程与智能控制专业的特点,改变传统的人才培养模式,培养应用型创新人才.通过分层次的构建实践教学环节,采用现代化的教学手段和方法,采取多样化的学习评价方法,培养学生的创新思想和创新能力.实践表明,教学改革后,提高了专业人才的培养质量,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,以更好地适应社会的需要.According to the characteristics of electrical engineering and intelligent control,changing the traditional training mode,applied innovative talent is build.Students′ innovative thinking and innovative ability is build through the diversification of teaching methods,the modern teaching means and methods,a variety of learning evaluation method.It is proved that the teaching reform is reasonable and effective,talent training quality and students′ ability to analyze and solve problems is enhanced.Students′ innovative thinking and innovative ability is cultivated to meet the needs of the society.
