摘 要:导向机构是汽车悬架的关键部件,大多通过其端部的衬套经拧紧螺栓与周边件相连。由于导向机构受力复杂且在车辆行驶时处于不断摆动的状态,故其铰接处的零件在设计、生产或装配时任一环节出现问题则易引起松旷异响。结合某新车型开发过程中出现的摆臂与托架连接处异响问题,进行了自下而上的原因核查,形成铰接异响问题分析流程图,对解决相关质量问题有借鉴意义。在进行设计核查的同时,总结了铰接处衬套、支架的一些设计原则,可为铰接处零件的设计提供参考。Guide mechanism is a key component of automotive suspension. The bushes of vehicle suspension's guiding mechanism connect with the surrounding pieces by bolts. The guiding mechanism accept complex force and they are swing ceaselessly when the vehicle is traveling .It is easy to cause the abnormal sound in the connections when part design or production or assembly appear problem. Combining the solving process of abnormal sound problem on the connection of arm and backet of one new development car. We conducted a bottom-up verification, and formed the process flow to solve the problem The similar quality problems can be resolved by the proposed methods. In the process of analyzing the cause of the problem, we summarize some of the desigu principles. These can provide a reference to the design of the bush surrounding parts.
