摘  要:[目的]建立一种利用高效液相色谱测定80%吡蚜酮·烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用ODS-2反相色谱柱,紫外检测器,以乙腈/水/磷酸盐缓冲液(体积比10∶80∶10)为流动相,对试样中吡蚜酮和烯啶虫胺进行分离,外标法定量测定。[结果]吡蚜酮和烯啶虫胺线性相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9998,方法标准偏差为0.29和0.22。变异系数分别为0.51%和1.21%,平均回收率分别为100.7%和99.1%。[结论]该方法简便、快捷,有效地分离了样品中的吡蚜酮和烯啶虫胺,而且精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。[Aims] A HPLC method for quantitive determination ofpymetrozine-nitenpyram 80% WG was established. [ Methods ] The pymetrozine and nitenpyram in the samples were separated by ODS-2 reversed phase column using the mixture of acetonilrile, water and phosphate buffer (10:80:10, by vol) as mobile phase and detected by UV detector at 250 nm. In addition, the results were quantitated by external standard method. [ Results ] The results showed that the standard deviations of pymetrozine and nitenpyram were 0.29 and 0.22, the coefficients of variation were 0.51 and 1.21%, the average recoveries were 100.7 and 99.1%, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9995 and 0.9998, respectively. [Conclusions ] The method has the advantages of convenient, good separation, high precision and accuracy and good linear relation.
