摘　　要：文章主要讨论了在网络环境下,信息资源建设共建共享中存在的问题、解决措施以及息资源共建共享的意义及服务模式。This paper mainly discusses the existing problems, solutions in constructing and sharing information resources and service mode and meanings of constructing and sharing information resources under the background of Internet.
