需求理论视角下大学生入党动机异化与矫正研究

摘　　要：当前大学生入党动机呈现出入党是生存之所求、情感之需求、尊重之诉求、自我实现需要等异化表现。而国外意识形态渗透与国内竞争压力的影响、用人单位的择员导向的助推、高校入党教育与日常思想政治教育的不足、家庭与个人错误观念的影响等是造成这一现象的主要原因。改进高校大学生入党动机教育需要从改进高校大学生入党动机教育、创新大学生党员发展分层培养模式、加强大学生思想政治教育等方面着手。The motivation of college students to join the CPC is the manifestation of the needs of existence, emotion, being respected, self-fulfillment, etc. And the main reasons are the influence of the penetration of foreign ideology, as well as domestic competition pressure, employer selection orientation, lack of college education and daily political education, influences of family and personal myths. To improve the motivation of college students to join the party, we need to start with improving their motivation education, innovating the training mode of hierarchical development, strengthening the ideological and political education, and so on.
