摘　　要：班级组由一个班全体学生和全体任课教师组成,班主任为班级组长,班主任不仅是学生的管理者,也是所有任课老师的管理者,如何发挥教师的群体效应,形成合力,实现教育教学效果最佳化,是班主任工作的重点。The class collective is composed of the whole students and teachers of the class. The head teacher is the group leader responsible for the management of both teachers and students. The focus of the head teacher＇ work is to give play to the group effect of teachers, so as to form joint force and optimize the effect of education.
