摘　　要：嗜酸性食管炎(EoE)是一种局限于食管的免疫或抗原介导的疾病,以食管黏膜嗜酸细胞浸润为主要特点,与胃食管反流病(GERD)在临床症状和活检病理存在相同之处,且发病机制互相影响,二者有时不易鉴别。本文将从发病机制的相互交叉、临床症状、内镜表现、活检病理及治疗反应等方面来探讨二者之间的关系和异同。Eosinophilic esophagitis is currently defined as a chronic,immune-mediated or antigen-mediated esophageal disease characterized by eosinophil-predominant inflammation.Because of the similarities in clinical symptoms and pathology,it is difficult to identify eosinophilic esophagitis and gastroesophageal reflux disease.The article reviewed the similarities and differences between eosinophilic esophagitis and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
