摘　　要：目的探讨KIF18A蛋白在胃癌组织中表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2013年5月—2015年8月确诊并接受胃癌根治术治疗的71例,以癌旁组织作为对照,检测KIF18A的mRNA及蛋白表达水平,并分析其与临床病理特征间的关系。结果胃癌患者肿瘤组织中KIF18A mRNA和蛋白表达水平均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。免疫组化结果显示在肿瘤组织中KIF18A表达阳性率更高,染色强度更深。KIF18A表达水平与肿瘤组织临床分期、浸润程度及淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.782、0.804、0.831,P<0.05),与组织学分级呈负相关(r=-0.872,P<0.05)。结论KIF18A蛋白在胃癌组织中呈高表达,并与相关临床病理特征具有相关性,可作为胃癌诊断及评估预后的指标。Objective To investigate expression of KIF18A protein in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods A total ofT1 gastric cancer patients undergoing radical operation during May 2013 and Augest 2015 （observation group） were recruited in this study, and para-carcinoma tissues from same patients were collected as control group. Expression levels of KIF18A mRNA and protein were detected, and the relationship between KIF18A expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results Compared with those in control group, in observation group, expression levels of KIF18A mRNA and protein were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05） ; immunohistochemical result showed that values of KIF18A positive rate and dyeing intensity were much higher. KIF18A expression was positive correlation with clinical stage, infiltration degree and lymph node metastasis （r = 0. 782, 0. 804 and 0. 831, P 〈 0. 05）, and nega- tive correlation with histological grade （r = - 0. 872, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion KIF18A is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, and has a correlation with clinicopathological features, and therefore it can be used as an important index in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of gastric cancer.
