摘  要:目的探讨阴虚体质雷达作业人员的精液质量情况,为临床提高男性生殖健康水平及完善雷达防护工作提供理论依据。方法对某基层雷达部队作业人员107名进行精液标本分析,阴虚质35名,平和质72名,探讨不同体质类型雷达作业人员的精液质量。结果阴虚质雷达人员精液量少于平和质,液化时间长于平和质(P<0.05);不同体质作业人员精子密度、精子总数和精子存活率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴虚质人员A级、A+B级精子百分比和精子活动率低于平和质(P<0.05)。结论阴虚质雷达作业人员更易受雷达微波辐射的影响,精液质量相对较差。Objective To investigate semen quality of radar operators in order to provide a theory basis for improvement of male reproductive health and protection for radar work. Methods A total of 107 semen samples from radar operators in one troop were performed routine analysis, and there were 35 samples with Yin-deficient and 72 samples with mild constitution. Conditions of semen quality of radar operations with different constitution were analyzed. Results Semen volume was less, and liquefaction time was longer in radar operators with Yin-deficient constitution than those in ra- dar operators with mild constitution (P 〈 0. 05). Among radar operators with different constitutions, differences in values of sperm count, total count and viability were not statistically significant, and values of percentage of grade A and grade A + B, and activity rate in patients with Yin-deficient constitution were lower than those in radar operators with mild con- stitution (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The semen quality of radar operator with Yin-deficiency constitution more easily affect by radiation of radar microwaves, and the semen quality shows poor relatively.
