经直肠超声造影对前列腺癌患者的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经直肠超声造影(CEUS)对前列腺癌患者的诊断价值。方法收集2013年2月至2016年1月具有完整临床资料的前列腺疾病患者48例,治疗前均接受经直肠CEUS及MRI检查,所有患者均有病理学检查结果。对所获前列腺经直肠CEUS图像和MRI图像做出定性诊断,对照组织病理学结果进行分析,对直肠CEUS、MRI、经直肠CEUS联合MRI在前列腺癌诊断中的价值进行评价。结果 48例前列腺疾病患者中,病理学证实前列腺癌30例,前列腺增生18例。经直肠CEUS联合MRI对前列腺癌的准确度、灵敏度均高于经直肠CEUS和MRI。结论经直肠CEUS和MRI是临床前列腺癌诊断的重要影像学检查方法,经直肠CEUS和MRI联合应用可优势互补,提高诊断前列腺癌的准确度、灵敏度。Objective To prospectively investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced transrectal ultrasound（TRUS）imaging in prostate cancer（Pca）. Methods Select 48 prostate cases of our hospital from February 2013 to January 2016, with complete examination data of transrectal CEUS and MRI examination. Received CEUS and MRI images were analyzed and maked a qualitative diagnosis. The results of control histopathology were statistically analyzed and initial evaluate the diagnosis value of transrectal CEUS, MRI, transrectal the CEUS united MRI in the prostate cancer. Results The group of 48 patients with prostate disease, pathology confirmed 30 cases of prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia in 18 cases. The accuracy and sensitivity of transrectal CEUS combined with MRI in prostate cancer were higher than those of transrectal CEUS and MRI. Conclusion Transrectal CEUS and MRI were important imaging methods in clinical PCa diagnosis, transrectal CEUS and MRI applications can complement each other to improve the coincidence rate, sensitivity of prostate cancer diagnosis.
