摘 要:本文从目前军校教员业绩考核中存在的问题入手,提出从文化管理的维度重新审视考评标准。在明确考核目的的前提下,根据学科专业特点和个人发展水平采取区别性的考核标准,并依托团队评价有效促进教员的持续发展。Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the assessment of teachers in military academies, the paper suggests re-examining the assessment standards from the perspective of culture management. The purpose of assessment needs to be clarified first. Then distinctive assessment standards should be adopted according to the characteristics of subjects and develop-ment stages of individuals. In addition, team assessment can be referred to in order to promote the sustainable development of teachers.
