Ki-67、p53蛋白在青年乳腺癌病理组织中的表达及临床意义探究

摘　　要：目的:研究Ki-67、p53蛋白在青年乳腺癌病理组织中的表达,探讨其具备的临床意义。方法:选择接受手术切除治疗的75例青年乳腺癌患者,将其术后组织标准作为本次研究对象,通过免疫组化S-P法开展标本检测,研究癌组织及周边正常组织的Ki-67、p53蛋白表达,结合患者临床病理因素开展深入分析,明确两者间存在的关系。结果:Ki-67在青年乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于在癌旁组织中的表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于在癌旁组织中的表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ki-67、p53蛋白能够针对机体细胞凋亡发挥良好抑制作用,密切影响乳腺癌的发生、发展,两种蛋白指标能够为青年乳腺癌生物学行为的临床判断提供科学参考,值得在临床诊断工作中推广应用。Objective To study the Ki-67 p53 protein expression in breast cancer in youth organizations,to explore the clinical significance of it. Method 75 cases of young patients with breast cancer were selected,the organization＇s set of standard postoperative as the research object,through immunohistochemical S-P method to carry out the samples,the cancer tissue and the surrounding normal tissues and p53 protein expression of Ki-67,combined with clinical pathologic factors to conduct in-depth analysis,clear the relation between them. Results The positive expression of Ki-67 in youth breast cancer tissue rate was significantly higher expression rate in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma（ P〈0. 05）; Positive expression rate of p53 protein in breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma,the expression rate（ P〈0. 05）,and its clear difference compared with statistical significance. Conclusion p53 protein Ki-67 can play is good for the body＇s cells apoptosis inhibition,affect the incidence of breast cancer,and the specific development closely,two kinds of protein indicators for young breast cancer biology behavior can provide a scientific reference of clinical judgment,is worth popularization and application in clinical diagnosis.
