摘　　要：通过文献研究论述学校体育风险管理的理论与实践,客观评价运动损伤风险管理在学校体育领域发展的程度,为学校、教师、教练及所有体育参与者提供以学生实施安全、健康的运动为目的风险管理经验。研究表明,越来越多的学校重视风险管理,根据自己学校的情况制订或采用权威机构发布的风险管理计划并实施。其中,运动损伤风险管理计划在广泛调查、教练优化团队运动表现、为流行病学研究提供有效的可替代的方法等方面有效实施。学校风险管理实施,设施、设备以及人员的风险管理计划仍然是今后风险管理的重点和难点。This paper discusses the theory and practice of risk management in school physical education based on document research,and also evaluates the development of sports risk management in school physical education objectively. It provides risk management experience for schools,teachers,coaches and all sports participants to make students ’ exercise safe and appropriate. Literature research shows that an increasing number of schools pay more attention to risk management. They work out their own management measures in accordance with schools’ condition or adopting and executing the Risk Management Plan issued by authority directly.Among them,Sports Injury Risk Management Plan is effectively implemented in a variety of fields,including extensive investigation,sports performance of optimized coach team,providing effective and alternative methods of epidemiological study. The implementation,facilities and staffs of risk management in schools are still a key and difficult point of risk management in the future.
