TST术联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜脱垂临床疗效观察与评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨选择性直肠黏膜切除吻合术(TST)联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜脱垂(II、III度)的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为直肠黏膜脱垂(II、III度)的20例患者,采用选择性直肠黏膜切除吻合术(TST)联合消痔灵注射的手术方法。采用自身对照方法,通过显效、有效、无效3个标准判断疗效。结果:痊愈12例,显效6例,有效2例,无效0例。术后半年后随访,复发0例。总有效率100.0%,疗效满意。结论:临床应用TST术联合消痔灵注射方法治疗II、III度直肠黏膜脱垂,疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective：To analyse the clinical efficacy of selective tissue-selecting therapy stapper（TST）with Xiaozhiling Injection for the treatment of internal rectal prolapose（Ⅱ、Ⅲ）in clincal. Methods：20 patients who suffered from prolapse of the rectal mucosa were chosed to surgery. Marking a contrast themselves method before and after the treatment,judging curative effect by special effect,valid and invalid. Results：After treatment,12 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective. After six months follow-up,there is no the postoperative patient with recurrent. The total effective rate is 100.0%,the curative effect is satisfied. Conclusion：Application of tissue-selecting therapy stapper（TST）with Xiaozhiling Injection for the treatment of internal rectal prolapose（Ⅱ、Ⅲ）in clincal is distinct. This method is worth widely applying to the clinic.
