摘　　要：目的:评估社区中医综合疗法治疗非急性缺血性脑卒中的可行性及疗效。方法:选择浦东新区惠南社区卫生服务中心针灸科门诊病人30例作为观察组,浦东新区光明中医医院针灸科门诊病人30例作为对照组。对照组采取针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药汤剂及棍棒操进行治疗,于治疗前及治疗1、2个疗程后应用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法、Barthel指数、改良Rankin量表及SS-QOL量表对两组患者疗效进行评定与比较。结果:两组治疗前的简化Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、改良Rankin量表评分、SS-QOL评分无显著差异(均P>0.05);治疗1个及2个疗程后,两组Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、SS-QOL评分均升高,改良Rankin量表评分降低,前后差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),同时观察组治疗1个及2个疗程后的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、SSQOL评分高于对照组(均P<0.05),改良Rankin量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区中医综合疗法在非急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用可改善患者肢体障碍与日常生活能力,提高生活质量,且易于实现,可在患者出院提供持续治疗,可行性高,具有较大推广价值。Objective：To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of community traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment for non-acute cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods：30 outpatients in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Pudong new area Huinan community health service center were selected as the observation group,30 outpatients in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Guangming Chinese medicine hospital of Putong new area were selected as the control group. The control group was treated with acupuncture,the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine decoction and rod exercise on the basis of the control group,simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score,Barthel index,modified Rankin scale and SS-QOL scale were used to evaluate and compare efficacy in the two groups before the treatment,after one and two courses of treatment. Results：There was no significant difference in the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score,Barthel index,modified Rankin scale score and SS-QOL scale score between the two groups before the treatment（all P〉0.05）;after one and twocourses of treatment,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index and SS-QOL score in two groups were significantly increased,modified Rankin scale scores was significantly lower（all P〈0.05）,meanwhile,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index and SS-QOL score in the observation group after one and two courses of treatment were significantly higher than the control group（all P〈0.05）,modified Rankin scale score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Application of community traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment in patients with non-acute cerebral arterial thrombosis can improve the limb disorders,activity of daily living and quality of life,and it is easy to achieve,it can provide continuous treatment after discharge from the hospital,the feasibility is higher,it has great popularize value.
